[Return Refund] What should I do if I have not received an order that is shown as Delivered?

If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can do:


1. Check with other recipients 

Your order could have been received by other household members, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf.


2. Contact the seller or courier service 

You can directly contact the logistics partner. However, if the seller used their own courier for delivery, please contact the seller through Shopee Chat.


If you received a call or SMS from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Rider, consider reaching out to them to ask about your package. This may be due to the wrong tagging of orders.


3. Check your delivery address

Ensure that your delivery address is correct. On the order details page, you can view your delivery address

 

4. Raise a refund request 

For Paid/Non-COD orders, you may raise a refund request for non-receipt of the order as long as the order is still within the Shopee Returns Window.

To raise a refund request, select Return/Refund corresponding to the order > Select the I didn’t receive my items > Select the product(s) not received > Next > Select Reason > Select Parcel not delivered > Confirm > then, check proof of delivery. If the proof of delivery is unfamiliar to you, select Continue with Request > Submit

• You are not required to submit evidence for non-receipt cases.

• The Solution will automatically be set as Refund Only.

• Shopee will review the case and get back to you on the resolution.
